Matinee Heroines,

Thelma & Louise

June 24, 2017

An Arkansas waitress and her naïve housewife friend hit the road for a simple weekend of freedom — and end up on a wild flight from the law across the Southwest after a tragic incident at a roadside bar. With a determined detective on their trail, a sweet-talking hitchhiker in their path and a string of crimes in their wake, they embark on an empowering personal odyssey even as the law closes in.

This week Alan and Craig are joined by Amanda Campbell of Casterquest to discuss The Kingkiller Chronicle, self-determination, justified homicide and the movie Thelma and Louise on this week’s Matinee Heroes
