With her husband off at war, Marmee is left alone to raise their four daughters. As the years pass, the sisters share some of the most cherished and painful memories of self-discovery, as Marmee and Aunt March guide them through issues of independence, romance and virtue. 

Alan and Craig are joined by Kristen Lopez (@Journeys_Film on twitter)as they discuss feminism, snaggle toothed brats and wrap up matinee heroines month with the 1994 version of Little Women on this week’s Matinee Heroes!
