Fight Club

July 27, 2019

A ticking-time-bomb insomniac and a slippery soap salesman channel primal male aggression into a shocking new form of therapy. Together they create a new “fight club” where young men come to relieve their frustrations by beating each other to a pulp. Their concept catches on, with underground “fight clubs” forming in every town, until a sensuous eccentric gets in the way and ignites an out-of control spiral toward oblivion.

Alan and Craig are joined by Joe McDonald to discuss toxic masculinity, evolution of perspectives, Alan’s work history and the movie Fight Club on this week’s Matinee Heroes!
